15-Year Reunion...

Yes, it has been 15 years since we graduated from Lee HS! Happy hour was a blast! Food was good, no one got too drunk and of course, the company was great! Photos are posted at Facebook. Search for email 'lancers93@hotmail.com' and add us as your friend!

The question everyone had was, 'What are we gonna do our our 20-year reunion?' We would like to toss this question back to you all. What would you like to do? Give us some ideas, what you want/don't want. We don't have to do anything right now but it doesn't hurt to start tossing ideas around. If you know anyone who owns a restaurant/hotel (or you own a restaurant/hotel), let us know.

Looking forward in seeing everyone again at our 20-year!

10-Year Reunion...

Our class 10-Year Reunion was AWESOME...FANTASTIC...INCREDIBLE... SPECTACULAR! It ROCKED! We told you it would be a once in a life time experience! Aren't you glad you didn't miss out? For those who couldn't make it, pictures are posted for you to feel like you were there with us!

Thanks to everyone on the reunion committee for helping out and making our reunion a HUGE SUCCESS!

Our reunion started off with a picnic at Burke Lake where fellow alumni brought their spouses, significant others, children and dogs to enjoy hamburgers and hotdogs fresh-off-the grill! After the picnic, we had a tour of Lee High School to see the renovations and changes since our graduation. Then, our cocktail party started at 7PM at The Boulevard Woodgrill (in the Fillmore Room). Those came early, enjoyed the open bar! Oh heck, we had open bar until about 10PM!

Upon check-in, name tags with each person's senior picture were available to fellow alumni. Around 9PM, Justin Maglione and Chris Zemba started our evening's program. They took us back to a time when the roads and streets of Springfield weren't so complicated...When hanging out at the mall was such a cool thing to do...When we had to pay $100 for parking passes... Then, we announced names of our fellow alumni who were still deployed in Irag. We also remembered Frankie Abruzzese and David Hull.

Tori (Stoops) Smith prepared an impressive slideshow that took us back to our freshman year!!! Our class song ('For Just a Moment') was playing in the background, in case you couldn't hear it! The slide show brought many laughters and tears to so many faces.

We presented prizes to our superlatives:

  • Who travelled the furthest to attend our reunion?
    • Mike Baily (Seattle, WA)
    • Jason Elton (Portland, OR)
    • Gavin Huckabee (Los Angeles, CA)
  • The most unique profession?
    • Justin maglione (DJ/Voice-over)
    • Christina Vazquez (Masage Therapist)
  • Highest accomplishement?
    • Marissa McCourry & Bryan Rhode (skydiving together)
    • Chris Zemba (sitting on Norm's barstool at Cheers)
  • Most unique hobby?
    • Beth Hochberg (Bungee Jumping)
  • Married the longest?
    • Kari (Hardiman) & Travis Fisher
  • The newest newly-weds?
    • Allyson (Bannon) & Dave Eide
  • The most recent baby?
    • Jennifer (Smith) & Brian Mills (Abagail Hulda)
    • Susan (Washington) Engley (baby on the way)
  • Earned the highest degree?
    • Rich Fortunato

    • Isa Zamora & Philip Martini
    • Erica (Hoffman) & Geoff Van Epps

After a few more 'house-keeping' annoucements, fellow alumni were back to catching-up and reminiscing about old times. We had to be out of the Fillmore Room around 11PM, but the night was still young so we moved the party upstairs to the bar!

Ahhhhhhhh.....it was a wonderful night! Everyone had a great time. Shame on you if you thought it was gonna be cheesy! Well, believe it or not -- ten years have passed already. Another ten more will come in no time at all. Please keep in touch with us because we would love to see you at the next one!

We are still looking for fellow class alumni. A list of those still missing is available here. If you have any contact info, please pass it along to us at Lancers93@hotmail.com or have them contact us.
